I do video calls with some of my relatives and they always have to tell me to stop walking around because it's making them dizzy. Walao the bamboo straw one is infuriating. Really highlights what's wrong with the whole push to "reduce waste". Just like our local supermarkets and plastic bags. Haha well said but it's not just NTUC Fairprice la. All the large supermarket chains have to abide by those directives. If you read follow-up articles like https://www.channelnewsasia.com/singapore/supermarket-plastic-bag-charge-disposable-carrier-drop-use-grace-fu-4035166, you can see how happy the government is with the drop in the number of plastic bags used but who cares about what we use those plastic bags for, right? Lol really disconnected from the ground. RE: Daily laughter thread - membrain - 07-05-2024 Okay la lighten the mood a bit. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: Daily laughter thread - plmx - 08-05-2024 (07-05-2024, 10:42 PM)membrain Wrote: Lol I think we all have a colleague like this. :x RE: Daily laughter thread - mich.c - 09-05-2024 (07-05-2024, 08:00 PM)adrenalinn Wrote: Haha well said but it's not just NTUC Fairprice la.
