Q: Why am I getting a 403 error page if I try to post or reply?
A: Please visit https://ip.web-hosting.com/ to retrieve your IP address and email it to me at arthur (at) damnlocal.sg. It shouldn't take too long to fix this issue. The error page you received is the result of the web host's security feature, which has probably falsely flagged your attempt to post/reply as some sort of cyberattack.
If you need to post urgently, try doing so via mobile data instead of wifi.
Q: How do I post images?
A: I'd advise you to save the image onto your device first and then upload it onto a reliable image host such as https://imgur.com/upload, as many of our members have already been doing. (If you're on a mobile device, you'll need to force your browser to load the desktop version of imgur.com/upload.) Following that, tap on Post Thread or New Reply, and then tap on the portrait/image icon to paste your uploaded image's URL in the box. Your image should then appear immediately.
