There's even a local chain selling this around Singapore. Can search for Yaowarat Thai Kway Chap. Smile

I've tried Thai kway chap but in Thailand. The kway is definitely chewier and springier but I found the soup to be quite lacking in flavour because it was mostly peppery whereas the Singaporean and Malaysian versions are more herbal.

Haha same. I could almost smell the teriyaki sauce grilling away.

Not entirely food-related but this episode in the Science Centre is too fun not to post. I think those of us who live somewhat close to it tend to take it for granted?

I think a trip to the science centre is not a bad idea at all since they have a lot of activities to tire out hyperactive kids like ours. Big Smile

Enjoy watching these Japanese masters at work. They really treat it as a craft.

Fun episode. I wonder when they'll run out of local spots to cover.

They'll just head to neighbouring countries lor. Big Smile

But they probably won't run out of local spots too soon since they seem to be able to find something interesting even in the most normal malls.
