Agreed. Maybe the ingredients are lower quality but I think not by much also.

The ingredients are probably the same quality as the major chains like Pizza Hut and Domino's. I worked at one of those when I was young and they used pretty cheap ingredients bought in bulk quantities.

If I'm not wrong (my spoken Chinese not very good), the boss mentioned that he reuses the stock to deepen the flavour. I think that's the difference maker.
