Can only imagine how tiring it is to run a fast food style operation with only two people while barely making a profit.

Katsudon was one of my staples when I first visited Japan on a student's budget. Glad to see such places still exist there.

Yeah really gotta get out of the touristy areas for local prices these days. The exchange rate brought in even more tourists.
