Nice and simple. This is quite a versatile recipe too, can probably replace chocolate with pandan or whatever other flavours. Can also add whipped cream or even dried fruits and nuts as a treat for the kids. I was thinking why not just use mushrooms but I guess the texture of the potato starch lends itself better to the seasoning. Sounds super interesting but you're right, the frying part alone makes it so much more challenging. |
