I just browsed his channel and his other videos on the old shopping centres are very good too.
It's hard to say how long those shopping centres will last so I guess his videos are a way of preserving them.

His video on Far East Shopping Centre was interesting too.
The vegetarian restaurant he featured looks good and the boss seems like an honest businessman who's managed to be successful. Not easy in the local F&B scene!

Used to visit Serangoon Shopping Centre quite a bit during my younger days. This video brings back memories.
