Ohhh that channel. I guess it was quite deceptive but youtubers also have to make money la. Maybe he should have been more upfront?

I remember visiting Taiping when I was a kid because I have some very very distant relatives living there. Maybe it's time to pay them (and the food) a visit.

I could be wrong but it looked like the people cooking the food are all local so the taste should be quite good and authentic. I understand the need for foreign labour especially in the F&B industry but it really helps when the people making the food have grown up actually eating that kind of food.
