Wahh great business idea for Malaysia because this dish (牛肉锅盔) is commonly associated with the Muslims of China and it's just such a nice savoury pastry for a snack or lunch. Tried it when I visited China a few years ago. Smile

Thanks for the additional info. In that case, it was a clever branding decision to rename it "beef roti" for the Malaysian consumers.
