Morning walk on Saturdays

Average age around 40? We have as young as 11 and elder ones are 70+.

Sometimes my kids (age 14 and 17)will join us. 

The older folks can really walk. Our average distance is around 6~8km. Sometimes can go as much as 10km depending on where we go. We will stop for breakfast/break though.

Sounds great! My parents are interested in joining a walking group like yours. I'll keep you updated when or if they confirm.
