Value shopping tips at Fairprice

I think the fairprice brand of this product is more or less the same as the more expensive brands. It tastes similar to brands like Mili but its only $2. Mili and the other brands are at least $2.75. Maybe fried dace experts can point out the difference but I cannot, so I just buy this cheaper one. 

This is my guilty pleasure. Often eat it with plain porridge if I'm lazy to cook anything complex. 
And honestly...I've tried a few brands and I don't really taste any real difference.
