so looking at this... example u scored above 90 for all 4 subjects...tats a cumulative of AL4.
in the past, 75-89 is considered an A. so with this new AL scoring, AL4 is A. so lets say all 4 subjects u score 75. Thats a cumulative score of AL16.

@jenzz, yup the new scoring system just came into play this year. It's supposed to make PSLE scores less finely differentiated because under the old system, parents and students would worry about single-point differences like 251 vs 252 because that could make a huge difference whether the student could get into a particular school. It's an interesting move from MOE for sure.

oh i understand it now. Destiny jr's score of AL7 is really good then! i guess the big question now is which school to choose?

Yeah AL7 is a very good score. Congrats to Destiny!
