This Japanese street stall specialises in steamed food and I think it's such an interesting idea! I can see this type of restaurant being quite popular in Singapore, especially if catering to the health-conscious OLs. 

I see what you mean. Can imagine this concept working well in Singapore too, especially if they get a handsome guy to do the cooking.
