I like Greg Leow's food reviews. He focuses on local hawker food and he knows what he's talking about since he used to write for hungrygowhere. 

This is his review of a stall that sells one of the best char kway teow in Singapore...but only if you eat it in the morning. 

Now this looks good. Craving some CKT or any kind of fried noodles now.
