The famous Chef Wang Gang has a new channel reviewing restaurants from a chef and restauranteur's point of view. Really quite fresh and entertaining especially if you want to learn some F&B industry insider info.

I was wondering why u called him famous then I realised he's the guy who cooked a giant salamander. I will not post a link to that video because its not very err...appetising.
