Hate to get too serious in a thread about posting funny pics and videos but unfortunately I think she's just another overeducated person with lots of connections and opportunities. What's interesting is that she became a professor by writing about marginalised groups in the breakdancing scene yet she took their spot in the Olympics and severely underperformed. Essentially seemingly caring about other people but end up taking their opportunity. Quite a common sight in the corporate world too.
Somehow with all the controversies in the Olympics, this one seems to have the largest fallout.
The Australian Olympics Committee even had to step in to condemn this petition but that probably will deepen the suspicions of those who signed the petition.
