Actually, on second thought, I think the 2nd pic may not necessarily be bad design if the owners of the facility want to ensure nobody is doing drugs or smoking in the toilet.

v gd point. kinda makes sense with the no smoking sign on the toilet door. 

but the 3rd pic..really wtf.
