Anyone else a fan of Thai pork leg rice? Every time I visit Thailand, I'll end up eating this once maybe because it's such a familiar taste?

Here's the Chinese version of the same dish but in Kuching, of all places. The boss happily claimed that customers can eat up to eight plates of rice with just the sauce.
