Small but popular banana leaf restaurant in Klang with customers from all races (notice the pattern? ). This video also features a stall that prepares fried bananas in a genius way.

I definitely noticed the pattern.  Like ricericerice mentioned, it's a good sign that the food is good because people still default to food from their own culture most of the time. 

Btw, the fried banana is really quite genius. Very smart way to increase the crispiness! Surprised that not more stalls have copied that method.
