Yup that's true. On the other hand though, it feels like my team is more effective and happier working together rather than remotely. Maybe the face-to-face factor really plays a positive role.
Yeah I think it does. Even in 2021, I was still returning to the office most days on a voluntary basis because I think I work better in that environment. Of course my friends laugh at me la, say I suck up to management.
