I recently watched this video and the Italian pastry she eats at 1:30 looks so damn good! It's like a super crispy and flaky croissant with ricotta cheese inside.
I also like Mark Wiens' channel because he travels to so many places and tries so many different kinds of food, but sometimes he overacts quite a bit. Like too positive haha.

youtube recommended this guy's channel to me recently...he ate this bowl of crab and rice that looks super solid and is only about 5 SGD.

i think they do rrrrroti prata quite different there. egg prata means a fried egg is added on top of the roti, curry gravy is more thai muslim style, and the roti is done different. hmm i wonder how the taste compares to singaporean and malaysian roti prata or roti canai.
Lol I was wondering why you spell roti with so many Rs. Then I understood after I watched the video.
