S$40 crab omelette from the famous BKK seafood restaurant with a Michelin Star and appearance on that Netflix documentary about street food. It's just one big fat omelette with pure crab meat inside. Worth it for S$40?

wow so she uses fresh oil every time she makes a new omelette. i guess tts impt for a clean taste.

S$40 can buy a lot of different food in BKK...but the crab omelette does look tempting.

Any of you watched this Great Escape series from Gordon Ramsay? Basically him learning to cook in Asia. It's funny to see him out of his depth and trying to make it work.

Some cultures (like the Italians) think it's taboo to mix cheese and seafood together but I have to say cheese + shellfish is a great combination.
