that stall's prata curry does sound very nice. fish curry is good but mutton curry is simply the best.

Yeah Greg knows his stuff. He used to be a journalist at hungrygowhere. I wouldn't say he's super strict but he's definitely honest in his reviews.

Here's a video for spicy food lovers.  So apparently the spiciest level of hotpot isn't even the spiciest thing in Chongqing. The next level is like an extreme version of ma la xiang guo. Then there's the ultimate level which is spicy rabbit's head. 
I think I can handle the hotpot. But the ma la xiang guo looks too crazy.

Yes its one of my favs too. Maybe they're just not used to the combo of fried chicken and cheese?
