This breakfast spot in Penang bakes their own bread and grills them over charcoal. Also, you get to enjoy your breakfast surrounded by trees and chirping birds. No wonder it's such a popular place for locals!

There are also chickens roaming around the area and apparently if you find an egg on the floor, it's yours to keep. Laugh

I was surprised to see them serving such a "western" sandwich but it does look great.

Outdoor dining, homemade bread, healthy options...if this is in Singapore, each breakfast would cost about $30 per person!

The video shows the menu and prices at 10:02 and the prices aren't that cheap for Malaysian standards, but yah you're right, will be even more expensive if in Singapore.

New food court in JB called FGJB.
Concept seems a lot like Timbre+ with many food stalls and live music in a nice environment. Location is very near JB customs too.
The food looks decent, probably not the best of their kind in JB, but the prices are quite reasonable and the location is convenient.
Worth checking out?

50 stalls is a lot! The restaurants in city square will face a lot of competition now.

Good comparison, FGJB really looks like Timbre+ but with hawker centre or food court prices.
