speaking of pasar malam, i just watched a video of a taiwanese pasar malam. a highlight for me is at 3 min 37 seconds: delicious taiwanese sausage. i am somebody who tries to eat healthy but taiwanese sausage is my weakness.

wah their sausage deep fried instead of grilled. extra layer of calories but looks like a real treat.
