haha fairprice's charging for plastic carriers still pisses me off. looks good on paper only, no regards for how it actually plays out on the ground.

dun remind me of NTUC and plastic bags..that kind of initiative definitely signed off by people who dun have to deal with their own trash.

Haha well said but it's not just NTUC Fairprice la. All the large supermarket chains have to abide by those directives.
