I dun mind trying a restaurant like that too. only prob for them is rental and manpower costs as always..

This pasar malam in KL looks like some next level stuff. Nice mix of food I've never seen before in a night market + the classics.

my bigger question is..what does the salt add to the crabs..? it only flavours the shell which ppl dun eat..

I think that's the best explanation. Like the "punch lemon tea" stall at 5:57, mostly for dramatic effect and to attract attention.

Another cosy little street stall in Japan. It made such a connection with a couple that they wanted to have their wedding photoshoot there.
