Wahh great business idea for Malaysia because this dish (牛肉锅盔) is commonly associated with the Muslims of China and it's just such a nice savoury pastry for a snack or lunch. Tried it when I visited China a few years ago.

Thanks for the additional info. In that case, it was a clever branding decision to rename it "beef roti" for the Malaysian consumers.

I thought this was very interesting--pizza baked fresh in a stone oven inside a food truck! Even more interestingly, the food truck's real purpose is to promote a Japanese farm that specialises in Italian vegetables.
