Yes that was my experience too. Even some well-reviewed restaurants turned out disappointing. I think it was extra disappointing because their food tends to have very good presentation so my expectations were raised too high before tasting them.

Good point about the presentation raising expectations too high. Even their mediocre food looked beautiful.

Not usually a fan of huge burgers because they can be difficult to eat but this one from Cameron Highlands looks super good. Not only is the serving size incredibly generous for RM10, they even add a nice little Cameron Highlands touch with a thin slice of green apple!
