This is quite a versatile recipe too, can probably replace chocolate with pandan or whatever other flavours. Can also add whipped cream or even dried fruits and nuts as a treat for the kids.

Found this char siew recipe which can also be used for chicken for our muslim friends.
I think I'll try it with the air fryer and see if it turns out well.

Was looking at pasta recipes and this popped up. I think it's the most challenging pasta recipe I've ever seen. Any kitchen wizards want to give this a try?

Sounds super interesting but you're right, the frying part alone makes it so much more challenging. |
