Quite interesting. So basically it's like prawn crackers but with different prawn paste to flour ratio and without frying.

Kinda curious to try this because I can't imagine the combined flavour of prawn "noodles" in the hor fun type of sauce. But prob not gonna drive all the way to a village in Perak to do so.
