HAHAHAHHAA that's so accurate. And every kid had different lyrics to that song too. Laugh Laugh

LOL my favourite version is from an ah beng I used to play soccer with. He just sang "Rooooooo mariooooooooo" which kinda made sense since he must have thought the song was about Romario. Big Smile

Lime flavour for me, thanks. Big Smile

Actually this reminds me of the homemade "sng baos" that you used to be able to buy from someone's home for 50 cents or a dollar.

Compared to the factory-made ones, they had more exciting flavours like sarsi, coke, milo (the best), and bandung.

Oh yes I tried the homemade ones a few times too. I think the auntie who made the Milo-flavoured  ones added a lot of condensed milk or sugar because it was so sweet. But of course, it was delicious.

It even featured time travel as a major theme, which is pretty wild for a local Channel 8 production.

An old-school TV series for the channel 5 crowd here. Big Smile
I'm pretty sure I saw Robin Leong (remember him?) at Boon Lay MRT station when I was a kid too.

James Lye was so popular, they decided to turn him into a superhero.

Unfortunate the idea was so crappy that even James Lye couldn't save it.
