Always loved watching takoyaki vendors make their food. Don't know why but it's just so satisfying to see them turn batter into crispy and beautifully browned takoyaki. Smile

Lol I used to make takoyaki as a part-time job in my younger days. It was tiring but you're right, quite satisfying to cook. Big Smile

Another one for seafood lovers, just like that video of the rustic Korean restaurant serving endless oysters. With the favourable yen exchange rate, this is probably one of the best times to visit Japan. Like

Eating at such places won't be easy without a local guide or at least someone who speaks Japanese, which is a shame because the food and atmosphere looks very enjoyable.

Wow this looks shiok. Grilling over charcoal always gives the food an extra layer of flavour.

This Japanese street stall specialises in steamed food and I think it's such an interesting idea! I can see this type of restaurant being quite popular in Singapore, especially if catering to the health-conscious OLs.

I see what you mean. Can imagine this concept working well in Singapore too, especially if they get a handsome guy to do the cooking. Cheeky
