Gd point. RM38 is quite expensive for a coffee shop meal but I think you'll be paying for real substance too, like Icicle mentioned.

A lot of Afghans living in Pakistan are refugees or asylum seekers. If this guy is one, then his entrepreneurship is even more admirable.

I think it's a good sign that a stall or restaurant can charge so much and still be around for so long. Probably a reliable sign of quality.
