Yes. I think being monitored at home is way out of line for any employer. Seems like something Amazon would do to their factory workers, e.g. monitoring their every move and even restricting their bathroom break time to maximise productivity.

I guess working from home has certain stress - I need to keep my MS team green always. haha.
On the bright side, I get to send me 3 year old to childcare every morning (I dun drive). (sometime I get to fetch her too).

Yah I think you raised a good point--can spend more time with family. Btw does your boss do spot checks on you and your colleagues via ms team?

Yeah I read about Amazon's treatment of its employees. I really really hope that style of management doesn't catch on.

Has your company installed mouse tracking software to monitor your WfH behaviour? Now you can bypass it by using a device that creates fake movements from your mouse!
