Japanese longkang so clean that koi fish are living in them

Hahahah a lot of funny replies in this thread, but I really wonder if it's possible to make our big drains so clean that big colourful fish can start living in them. After all, we do already have a lot of fish, birds, and even otters living off our drainage system.

That'd be amazing, wouldn't it? Jurong West may even become a tourist attraction.

Later Sentosa SEA Aquarium will not have anyone going there, loose business..  All come to our long kang to see the fishes.

And our local residents can set up stalls selling snacks and merchandise.

Yes unfortunately this seems very likely. There'll be a sudden spike in interest in fishing among residents.
