the omelette stick is quite a good idea too.
The first item he reviewed is a good pasar malam snack idea too. It looks fancy so it's like an advertisement by itself but it doesn't make you full so you save stomach space for other stuff too.

Super shiok video—mega crispy fried chicken on Jajangmyeon (Korean black bean noodles). The sound of the fried chicken is heavenly.

Omg you're right. The sound of freshly fried chicken dumped on each other is like music to my ears.

As some of you may know, the famous food youtuber Mark Wiens now runs a restaurant in Bangkok famous for its super spicy pad krapow. Singapore's very own competitive eater Zermatt Neo tried to challenge himself with a huge plate of pad krapow. I can almost feel his pain while he's eating it.

Some Singaporeans will visit the restaurant and order max level spicy pad krapow but end up getting humbled by Thai levels of spiciness.

My friends and I tried his BKK outlet a while ago. Didn't push ourselves too hard in terms of spiciness but it was delicious. The duck egg made a difference.
