Some nice discoveries in Bangkok's Chinatown. Especially intrigued by the stall selling raw seafood, which is always risky but looks tempting at the same time.

my personal experience is raw seafood anywhere can be risky. even if it's clean, your body simply may not be able to handle it so you may not get food poisoning, just be prepared for emergency toilet visits.

I don't think the video covered it but you should try Thai version of kway chap. It's mostly the same thing but instead of the wide and flat rice noodles we use, they use a rolled up version that's also more chewy and al dente.
