Can probably work if you add 1/2 or 3/4 of each seasoning packet. I like the idea of sweet + salty + spicy.

Actually my real takeaway from his recipe is that you can add sesame seeds to a simple fried egg to make it look 100% more Korean.

Add seaweed shreds for 200% Koreanness.

These are actually nice tips to add more variety to my cooking without actually changing much. :p Useful when cooking for complaining eaters.
