I wouldn't but this restaurant in Guangzhou, China, is making me reconsider...
I actually tried pigeon when I was travelling years ago. It was quite dry and lean, from what I remember.
But the pigeon in your video looks so juicy and tempting! I guess it's the number one pigeon in the world for a reason.

Wow that shot of them squeezing the juices and oil from the pigeon is tempting. I don't consider myself an adventurous eater but I actually wanna try this dish out.

cute host, hot girl selling drinks, lots of good food...there's something for everyone in this vid
most importantly, it looks like thai tourism is picking up again. there's a huge food market in bangkok and tourists are beginning to return. let's hope the thailand we all love will be back soon.

Good to see Thai tourism picking up again. They're so reliant on tourists so no wonder they're doing so much to bring them back in.

The Thai food videos here are making me miss Isaan food in particular.
Famous Isaan dishes include pounded salads eaten with sticky rice and roast chicken. There's a decent restaurant in Golden Mile that specialises in these dishes but at about 3-4 times the Thai price. Can't wait to visit Thailand again soon to eat the real deal!

Ohhhhh so all the salads are traditionally Isaan food. No wonder a Thai friend told me papaya salad is too spicy for her because she grew up in the north. Now I feel dumb and mean for laughing at her saying she's not real Thai.

One of the most intensely spicy things I've eaten was a northern Thai dish, believe it or not. But yah, generally speaking, Isaan (east Thailand) and south Thai food tend to be the spiciest.
