Yeah waking up at 2am to bake for hours is really no joke but at least he manages to sell out every morning.

Wow that's a clever way to serve the dish, I wonder if they were inspired by how some ramen restaurants display their noodles.

The Japanese restaurant display thingys are what I thought of too! Really quite a creative way to serve noodles.

I was quite surprised to watch them make the gravy from scratch for each batch of order. No wonder they can charge RM38 for each plate and still have so many customers.
