For once the video title is not just exaggerated clickbait. Really looks like the best seafood buffet in the world and for less than S$30??? Too bad it's all the way in Hokkaido and only for breakfast, for some reason.

The breakfast timing is a little odd for a buffet but I guess that's how the restaurant cuts down on ingredient and storage cost? Since seafood is usually caught and sold in the morning.
