I was also watching this video of a Japanese animal cafe the other day, thought some of you might enjoy it too.
I really want to pet a hedgehog again. Did it once in the Singapore zoo when I was a kid and its quills were actually quite soft to touch (as long as you pet it in the right direction lol).

LOL I noticed that too. A bit more fierce than those pet cafe type of otters.
By the way, one of the senior Singaporean otters passed away recently.

Yeah SG otters are quite fierce. Jurong Lake is part of their 'territory' also so please be careful around there.

Yeah sad to hear that. Especially the part about how she isolated herself as she prepared to pass on.

This is a heartwarming story of a lady who takes care of abandoned kittens. She took in Chester when he was still a kitten but he fell very ill soon after. The lady made a promise to Chester—if he recovered, she'd stay with him forever. And...he got better! Now, Chester acts as a big brother to all the foster kittens that pass through the lady's home.
This post is also a tribute to Panther and the other community cats of Boon Lay who lost their lives because of that 10yo boy...RIP.
