Yup he is. There's a reason why he has 700,000+ subscribers on Youtube! His owner also takes extremely good care of him, they're out in the nature very often so Aty (the otter's name) gets to swim regularly.

I watched some other videos on this channel and these two are so cute together. The otter is quite hyper and noisy while the cat is calm and relaxed. Very different personalities but somehow they get along well together. Super cute.
