the prawn head tom yum looks amazing. i wanna try making it but not even sure if i can find prawns with that kind of big head here.

Agreed, that prawn tom yum looks out of this world. In fact, that entire stall looks so great to eat at. Obviously a famous eatery but still keeps it simple.

yah after watching the video i ordered tom yum from grabfood but haiz...obviously different quality from thailand...

so thanks to crispy to recommending The Roaming Cook, i am now subscribed to his channel.

his latest video has some halal food which is interesting for me to see how other countries in southeast asia have "same same but different" versions of what we can find here.

for example this is like our satay but they serve with achar and the satay meat is also brushed with coconut milk. I guess to make it tender and sweet?
