some food from hat yai...very close to malaysia so the food may look quite familiar but just abit different from what we are used to. especially the briyani rice + fried chicken + papaya salad combo at the end.

We need more places in Singapore that sell fried chicken and Thai salad. Sounds like a good combination.

looks like a decent place to visit..prob alot of halal options since its in a muslim area of thailand.
A few Lanzhou beef noodle restaurants have opened up in Singapore recently and they're nice options for Muslim and non-Muslim colleagues and friends to eat together at. Here's how the original beef noodles are like in Lanzhou. They really don't skimp on the chili oil. Like Like Like

i only tried the lanzhou beef noodles near geylang serai or joo chiat area. very very delicious.

I guess it helps to make the viewers feel like he's eating something really good, although the slurping sounds a little off-putting.
