Yeah lol I think it's the part of China that treasures fresh seafood the most. Not just because they're next to the ocean but also I think because historically speaking Guangdong was a trading hub so they had the money to enjoy fresh seafood?

After I tried the food in Italy, it was quite hard to enjoy Italian food outside Italy because I was always comparing it to the authentic version. It's unfair, but I couldn't help it.

But if you do visit Italy, just be careful with your valuables especially in crowded places...

Definitely lol. One side of my family is Teochew and they're VERY picky about seafood. I learned that the hard way when I bought dinner for everyone once...
