Wow even the butter is served so elegantly. And you're right, the way they steam the fish by the table is gorgeous too.

S$40 can buy a lot of different food in BKK...but the crab omelette does look tempting.
Any of you watched this Great Escape series from Gordon Ramsay? Basically him learning to cook in Asia. It's funny to see him out of his depth and trying to make it work.

Some cultures (like the Italians) think it's taboo to mix cheese and seafood together but I have to say cheese + shellfish is a great combination.
