Can only imagine how tiring it is to run a fast food style operation with only two people while barely making a profit. Like

Katsudon was one of my staples when I first visited Japan on a student's budget. Glad to see such places still exist there.

Yeah really gotta get out of the touristy areas for local prices these days. The exchange rate brought in even more tourists.
Super mesmerising video of food being made fresh in a Japanese market. Everything is made with care and efficiency, really satisfying to watch.

Yup really amazing to see restaurant-quality food made made at such scale and speed. I wouldn't be able to do that kind of work, too stressful.

I think they chiong the food preparation for a few hours in the early morning and then it gets more relaxed afterwards so it's not too bad. Actually, dealing with customers is also quite hectic. Hmm, maybe it really is a stressful job after all. Laugh

What a selection of food. I'll probably visit that market every weekend if I live in Fukuoka.

Hahah there's some decent food in our nearby hawker centres but not sure if they can compare to grilled unagi... Laugh
A western food stall in a KL food court. Its popularity is probably well-deserved, judging by the quality of their food!
