It's quite a good idea ah. That's how they achieve that thick and silky smooth texture. I like that style of porridge more than the teochew kind.

If I'm not wrong, I think Gordon Ramsay's mentor was Marco Pierre White but apparently they don't get along very well. I guess there's very little chance of seeing them together in a video.

Oh yah that's right...Marco Pierre White. If he and Ramsay appear in a video together, the vibe will be very different from the Wang Gang video LOL.
